Holiday Box Reveal!

Happy Holidays, friends! This collection was inspired by the warm, cozy feeling we get when celebrating this special time of year with those we love. Sometimes it is easy to get wrapped up in the hustle and bustle of the season, but when we slow down long enough to savor the moments, it allows us to enjoy and reflect on all we have with gratitude. Check out these super cool products and small businesses below, featured in this year’s Holiday Box!

OLIVEWOOD CHEESE PLATTER // JOHNNY’S SOUVENIR SHOP

Johnny is back! You loved the olivewood ornament featured in last year's holiday box, so I had to go back for something a little bigger this year. This family-owned business sells olivewood items that are made by 150+ Christian families and artisans in Bethlehem. I love that by purchasing these platters, we are not only getting a quality piece of craftsmanship, but also playing a vital role in helping to preserve the Christian identity there. I met Johnny on a biblical study trip to Israel in 2018, and it is truly a joy to work with him again. You'll love this platter for all.the.things this holiday season! Think: mini charcuterie board, cozy kitchen decor, the perfect plate for Santa's cookies, etc. Care: Hand wash with soap and water. To restore shine, apply a thin coat of olive oil.

CINNAMON SNICKERDOODLE ALMOND BUTTER // GROUND UP

Ground Up is a women-owned and operated, not-just-for-profit business that provides job training to women overcoming adversity in the Portland area. Through the sale of healthy and delicious nut butters, they empower women with the confidence and skills they need to get back on their feet. This bestselling flavor is an ode to your grandma’s favorite cinnamon cookie—but much healthier! With layers of cinnamon, coconut and vanilla, this spread is great with fruit, oatmeal, toast, smoothies, and more. Pro tip: throw it on a charcuterie board with apple slices (seriously, the best combo!), grapes, crackers, and cheese for a quick appetizer or snack!

HOLIDAY CHEER SPREADER // THE GIVING SPOON

The Giving Spoon is owned and operated by my friend, Jen! She creates hand-stamped, vintage cutlery and donates ten percent of her profits to the National Down Syndrome Society. How absolutely adorable are these spreaders for pairing with all your favorite charcuterie spreads, toppings, and dips during the holidays?! Because they are vintage, each one is a little different and totally unique!

MERRY & BRIGHT TEA TOWEL // GLADFOLK

Emily and Brad are the husband-and-wife design duo behind Gladfolk. Together, they've created a line of luxe apparel and lifestyle goods that they hand-letter and hand-print from their workshop on a wooded 15-acre homestead in Northeastern Ohio. Gladfolk values sourcing supplies from local makers and American factories whenever possible. This simple & sweet towel, featuring modern distressed typography, is both decorative and functional. It works double duty adorning your kitchen for Christmas as well as easily drying hands and dishes!

WARM RUSTIC WOODS CANDLE // HOPE’S LANDING

Hope's Landing creates products that are handmade by survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence who have graduated from a local safe house, shelter, or recovery program. All profits go towards funding the survivor's wages and material costs, equipping them with the resources to provide for themselves and create a balanced, healthy lifestyle. By purchasing these candles, we are helping change lives! This woodsy fragrance offers notes of sweet pear, lily of the valley, warm amber, and vanilla... I know you'll enjoy it all winter long!

SNOWFLAKE ORNAMENT // PRODIGAL POTTERY

Prodigal Pottery is handmade by women fleeing homelessness, domestic abuse, and sex-trafficking outside of Birmingham, Alabama. They work to employ, equip, and empower women in need, in the name of Jesus. This handmade snowflake ornament is imprinted with part of a doily, making each one special, unique, and part of something bigger than themselves, just like the incredible women who make them. Isn't that cool?!
