January Style Newsletter

Every month I email out a Style Newsletter with details on this season’s trends, announcements with my biz, and of course a whole lot of encouragement. To get the full newsletter each month (it’s free!), be sure you are signed up with your email address here.

In the meantime, I wanted to share a snapshot on my blog as well. Take a look at what you can expect to see in the world of fashion this month…

COLOR: ULTIMATE GRAY

Pantone has officially launched the color of the year for 2021, and this year we actually have two... Ultimate Gray and Illuminating! Anybody who knows me, knows that I love all things neutral colors. If you were to peek into my home, you'd see lots of gray in both my closet and my decor choices! After a recent walk through Old Navy, I'm still thinking about this cozy, gray sweatshirt (pictured top right)!

TREND: LOUNGEWEAR

Speaking of cozy, the athleisure, sweatshirt, and loungewear trend has never been bigger in the world of fashion than it is right now. Comfort is the name of the game this season! Over the last few months, I've found myself wearing and loving this athleisure tunic jacket (not pictured), this sherpa pullover (pictured bottom left), and something very similar to this tunic length sweatshirt (middle) on repeat, paired with my favorite Grace & Lace leggings (that I'm hoping will be restocked soon).

STYLE TIP: BRACELETS

Did you know that wearing bracelets makes you look thinner? It’s true! Bracelets accentuate the skinniest part of your body (your wrists), so by drawing attention to them, it naturally has a slimming effect! Who needs exercise when you can just accessorize, am I right?! ;) P.S. Bracelets look best in sets of odd numbers, and mixed metals/textures is always a fun idea too!

I hope you have a great weekend, friends!
